The period to exchange or return an item is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. 

During this period you can return any item as long as it is not a custom or produced product (pre-order).

Terms:

It is essential that the products you return arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition in their original packaging, with the label and without obvious signs of use, otherwise the request will be rejected. 

If the items are received in poor condition, VERONE will proceed to contact the customer and the customer will have the right to request that said products be returned within the next 7 calendar days from the communication by VERONE, complying with the following conditions:  

  • The shipping cost will be € 10 within Europe and € 15 for the rest of the world.
  • Only jewelry will be shipped to the original order address.
  • Any customs expense derived from the shipment will be borne by the customer.

Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrive in time to make the change.

Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, two international online payment management operators that offer all the guarantees so that transactions are carried out safely.

All orders with the exception of those personalized or pre-order are prepared within 48 business hours from the order confirmation date.. This may vary during sale or promotion seasons. Orders containing custom or pre-order products have a specific preparation time that is communicated during the purchase process.

All our jewels have a one-year guarantee from the day of delivery of your order, which covers any defect in materials and / or workmanship.

A VERONE jewel is a timeless investment. Taking good care of your jewelry will help you maintain its splendor, shine and durability. Here are some helpful tips on how to care for and maintain your jewelry (and it's not difficult!)

Shine preservation

All VERONE items have been treated with a technique that helps prevent loss of shine. Even so, it is important to take into account the following considerations to optimize its good condition over time: 

  • Your jewelry can lose its shine when exposed to the open air for a long time.
  • Loss of shine or tarnish is a natural process that can be recovered by washing.
  • We highly recommend removing any jewelry before going to sleep, showering, or before engaging in any physical activity.
  • Exposure to certain chemicals or environments can compromise the integrity of your jewelry. This includes (but is not limited to): perspiration (sweat), perfumes / colognes, cleaning products, bleach, salt water, silver polishes, etc.

Cleaning your jewelry

Mix some soap with semi-hot water and scrub the item with a soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry that has hard-to-reach corners. If the dirt persists, do the same process in clean water. Important: gold plated pieces require extra care. Intensive rubbing can lead to loss of the gold / rhodium plating, so it is important to do so gently to avoid bath wear. However, this technique will not remove any scratches or bumps that the part may have.

How to store your jewelry

Your jewelry should always be stored away from any exposure to sunlight and away from warm places, ideally in a padded jewelry box or in a tarnish resistant bag. They can also be stored in individual plastic bags (polyethylene) with hermetic closure. Never use rubber containers, as they will cause accelerated tarnishing of the parts and will likely cause the parts to blacken. Under no circumstances should you store your jewelry in a bathroom or in humid places. Please note that VERONE boxes are not designed to keep items in perfect condition for long periods of time, as they are not airtight containers and discoloration may eventually appear with lack of use.

Important note

VERONE does not guarantee that the gold plating of our models will last forever. Gold and rhodium-plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and susceptible to discoloration over time. The speed at which this color disappears depends on multiple factors such as the use of chemical products on the skin, the level of body sweating or even the same PH level of the skin of each person. For this reason, it is especially important to take proper care of your gold-plated jewelry.
