What should I do to make a return?

To make a return, please access our Returns Center by sending an email to returns@verone.com

Your request will be handled in 24-48 business hours. You will receive the instructions of all the steps to follow by email.

IN WHAT CASES CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

The period to exchange or return an item is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

During this period you can return any item as long as it is not a personalized product.

Conditions:

It is essential that the products you return arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition; inside its original packaging, with the label and without obvious signs of use, otherwise the request will be rejected.

If the items are received in poor condition, VERONE will proceed to contact the customer and the customer will have the right to request that said products be returned to them during the following 7 calendar days from the communication by VERONE, complying with the following conditions: < / p>

  • The shipping cost will be € 10 within Europe.
  • Jewelry will only be sent to the original address of the order or another within the same territory of the country.
  • Any customs expenses derived from the shipment will be borne by the customer.
