The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to regulate the offer and distance sale of VERONE Products, through the Web www.verone.com.
The pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual relationship held remotely between VERONE and the Clients are governed by these General Conditions of Sale as well as by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, as well as by any provision contained in the regulations that are mandatory for employers in their relationships with consumers.
The placing of an order by the Client implies full acceptance without reservation of these General Conditions of Sale, which must be read and accepted each time the Client places an order and may be printed, stored and reproduced by the Clients.
By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
All VERONE Products offered through the Web are shown in detail in each of the sections enabled on the Web. Entering the "Product information" section of each of the Articles, you will be able to see the characteristics of each of the jewels.
All products are subject to availability.
Since each of the jewels is made individually and on request except for the available stock.
The price indicated is the price at which VERONE offers its Products through the Web. This price includes all applicable taxes. The price of the Product includes shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula, which are indicated in detail during the purchase process.
Prices can change at any time. These possible changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you a Purchase Confirmation. You can make payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal cards. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. The charge on your card will be made when you click the "Buy" button. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Unless otherwise expressly established during the online purchase process, the delivery procedure to the User of the Verone product or service acquired through the Service will be carried out according to the following steps:
- The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the User during the purchase process.
- The shipment will be made through a courier service provided by a third party outside of Verone.
- The shipping and delivery times of the product are variable (7 days stock available between 15-20 days special orders). If there is any problem in the processing of your order or shipping, Verone will contact the User to inform him of the incident.

Impossibility of delivery
If after two attempts we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you immediately. Likewise, we will leave you a note indicating where your order is and how to pick it up.
In the event that after 15 days since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the Contract and we will consider it resolved. As a consequence of the termination of the Contract, we will refund the price paid for such products as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which the Contract was terminated. In these cases, we will be authorized to pass on the transport costs derived from the shipment.

4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In case of not being satisfied with a purchase, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in the terms provided in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users within 14 calendar days following receipt of the article. . (Except personalized products that do not allow changes or returns). We also remind you that the colors that appear on the screen may vary in reality.
To return the product, you must contact us through the following e-mail: email@example.com. The shipment will be made to the same address from which we sent it to you.
In this sense, you must provide us with the product, the original packaging and the certificate of authenticity.
The shipping cost will always be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping by courier company due to the type of product. Exchanges or returns of items postage due will not be accepted.
As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt from the courier as proof that you have delivered the package.
Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will check that everything is in the same condition in which it was sent and the price will be returned as soon as possible.
All payments received will be refunded, except for shipping costs, if any, (except for the additional cost of shipping costs for express or priority service), using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
Changes or returns of jewelry pieces modified at the customer's request will not be accepted. For example: custom-made jewelry and pieces with personalized engravings.
Returns of incorrect or defective products
At Verone we are demanding with a job well done, so before sending an article it is carefully reviewed, passing a strict quality control.
